On Friday evening St Paul’s Anglican church celebrated the opening of its newly renovated function centre with a gathering of Kynetons commercial operators from Piper Street, the B&B owners and those involved with tourism in the area.
The centre which is know as The Parish Hall has been developed from the original site with new commercial grade kitchen, supper/meeting room and a main venue that is ideal for small to medium sized gatherings such as fashion parades, receptions for up to 80 or so guests, intimate dinners as well as exhibitions for art and music.

On the last Sunday before Lent there was a flurry of activity at St Paul's Kyneton as preparations and last minute cleaning & primping went into high gear in anticipation of seven baptisms, a blessing of 40 years of marriage and the opening of the new parish hall and kitchen.
Pam & Rob Inglis celebrated their memorable and very happy 40 years of marriage with a baptism that involved all seven of their grandchildren. The proud grandparents will not quickly forget this particular event in front of their friends and their congregation.
After the service the entire congregation filed into the newly refurbished Parish Hall complex for the blessing by Fr Tony White and the morning tea from the also revamped kitchen.
